I am a mom to two great boys.  I love my family, and all almost all that goes into taking care of them.  I have had the privilege of being a stay at home mom,  and now that both boys are in school,  I have ventured back out into the workplace full time, as well as going back to school.  I have never thought of myself as a creative person because I am terrible at art and I hate doing crafts.  I am coming to realize that everyone is creative even if they have never picked up a paintbrush or drawn a picture. 

Life is a journey.  There is no end.  I sometimes have the mind set that I will someday reach the finish line and live happily ever after, but whenever I try and write my own ending, something changes, and I find I have to turn my eyes to God once again for strength and guidance.  For me, this journey has been one of self-discovery, grief, forgiveness and faith these past few years.  God has placed people in my life at just the moments that I need them to help me along this journey.  They are there along the way to share the good, the bad and the ugly.  I am thankful for this journey.  Even the darkest parts of it when I feel lost and don’t know which way to go, lead to so many truths on the other side, and I am thankful for it all.  My hope is that I can pass along some of the lessons I’m learning along the way and maybe be of help to others as well.
